Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TradeFlex mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeFlex.

Description of Service

TradeFlex is a mobile application designed to help users:

Track trading activities
Manage investment portfolios
Analyze trading performance

Generate financial reports
Set trading goals and targets
Export trading data

Intellectual Property

The App and its contents (including but not limited to UI design, icons, texts, graphics, algorithms, database structure and compilation, documentation, and other materials) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit such contents without our written permission.

Third-party logos, trademarks, names, and data belong to their respective owners. References to third-party materials do not imply endorsement.

Subscriptions and Paid Services

Purchase and Verification: You may make one-off purchases or subscriptions through app stores. We only receive purchase receipt information from the stores to verify paid status and do not collect personally identifiable information.
Subscription Cycles: TradeFlex PRO offers both monthly and annual subscription options. Specific pricing will be displayed within the app before purchase.
Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are processed by the app stores and may auto-renew. Manage or cancel renewals in your app store; store policies apply.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by app stores in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Feature Access: Paid features are available only upon successful verification of purchase or subscription; access may be limited or unavailable if verification fails or receipts expire.

User Responsibilities

Important Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the App and for your trading decisions.

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your device and App secure
Not reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

Share your account access with others
Use the App to store illegal or harmful content
Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
Use the App in a way that could damage or impair its functionality

Data and Privacy

Local Storage

All your trading data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal trading information.

Data Security

You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining the security of your device.

Prohibited Uses

Strictly Prohibited: The following activities are not allowed and may result in termination of your access to the App.

Illegal trading activities
Money laundering
Tax evasion
Fraudulent activities

Sharing copyrighted content
Distributing malware
Violating others' privacy
Circumventing security measures

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Financial Advice

TradeFlex is a tool for tracking and analyzing your trading activities. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are your responsibility.

Third-Party Market Data and Availability

We use financial market data provided by third-party APIs for display and analysis. Due to technical, network, or third-party service policy reasons, market data may be delayed, erroneous, paused, or interrupted. We will endeavor to provide fallback options such as manual refresh/update during interruptions, but we do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party APIs. You bear the risks of making decisions based on such data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Trading losses or financial damages
Data loss or corruption
Business interruption
Loss of profits or revenue

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Update the App to improve functionality and security
Modify these Terms of Use at any time
Add or remove features from the App
Discontinue the App with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. If you violate these Terms, or if we deem it necessary to maintain the security and compliance of the App and services, we may suspend or terminate your access (including access to paid features) at any time.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, but provisions regarding liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TradeFlex is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
